The Brief
Our client wanted to host a conference that would pull clients/potential clients from literally all areas of the world to reinforce them as a truly global, energy advisory partner - that pulls off amazing events and experiences for their clients both on the business and personal side. Their founder can be considered a true visionary, who is extremely successful in what he's created, and also happens to have great taste (and very high expectations to match). By bringing together these two client groups in this unique location, they wanted to confirm their position as the global advisor of choice for energy.
The Event:
A 4 day residential conference held in the prestigious Opera area of Paris created the opportunity for energy companies and investors from around the globe to meet, exchange ideas, and participate in discussions on the issues and challenges of the global energy industry.
Our client played host to 91 presenting energy companies and over 200 institutional investors including oil and gas producers, integrated's and refiners, oil sands companies, service companies, energy trusts and MLP's.
The event included three full days of presentations, one-on-one meetings & breakout sessions, high profile keynote luncheon speakers from the global energy industry, and evening functions capturing the essence of Paris in the spring. We also offered a full spousal program which included unique activities not usually available to the general public.
