TERMS OF CONSULTATION
Elysium Event Managers ltd agree not to charge you for our consultations or proposals for your proposed event.
If you wish to use our proposal or any element of it, including venue selection and event ideas, you agree to engage Elysium Event Managers Ltd to provide that service or product as outlined in our proposal.
You do not have permission to use our proposal or any part of it, including venue selections and event ideas, without engaging Elysium Event Managers Ltd.
Should you use our proposal, or any part of it, without our written permission we retain the right to charge you for our reasonable administrative charges, expenses and fee/s of upto 15% of the value of the proposed event.
Elysium Event Managers Ltd retain all intellectual and copy rights where applicable.
Elysium Event Managers Ltd provide event management packages, products and services. Our package price includes a fee element. We are pleased to work on a fee basis as long as we are informed of this at the initial consultation stage, before we have provided any consultation or proposals.
